This Privacy Policy explains how Aesthetic Identity processes personal data through aestheticidentity.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian data protection law.

2. Current catalogue mode
The Website currently presents works as a catalogue. Online ordering, cart, checkout and payment acceptance are disabled. A “Request availability” submission is an enquiry only: it does not place an order, conclude a sales contract or trigger a payment.
3. Personal data we process
Availability requests and messages
If you use the availability form or contact us directly, we process the name, email address, work and format or variant requested, message and the information needed to respond. Work and format details are optional. The form requires your name, email, message and acknowledgement that you have read this Policy. Website security logs may also record technical information related to a submission.
Website and cookie data
When you visit the Website, hosting, security and consent-management services may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, access time, referring page, security logs and cookie preferences. Statistics or marketing services may process additional data only as described in the Cookie Policy and subject to your consent where required.
Past orders, accounts and payments
New online orders and payments are not accepted while catalogue mode is active. Information relating to earlier purchases, payments, customer accounts, delivery or support may still be retained and used where needed to complete an existing matter, provide after-sales support, meet accounting or legal obligations, or handle a dispute. Payment providers may retain their own records under their privacy policies.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to an availability request or other enquiry: to take steps requested by you before a possible contract and to respond to your message (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operating and securing the Website: to deliver pages, manage consent choices, prevent abuse and protect the Website, based on our legitimate interests and applicable rules for technical storage (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Earlier purchases and related support: to perform or administer an existing contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Accounting and other legal duties: to comply with legal obligations, including obligations connected with earlier transactions (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Optional statistics or marketing cookies: on the basis of your consent where required (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may refuse or withdraw consent through the consent controls.
We do not use availability requests to send promotional newsletters.
5. Required and optional information
The form needs your name, email address and message so that we can identify and answer your request. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to reply. Work and requested format are optional. Consent to non-essential cookies is optional and is not required to browse the catalogue or send an enquiry.
6. Recipients
Availability requests submitted through the Website are emailed to both info@aestheticidentity.com and aestheticidentity.official@gmail.com. The first address uses the email service configured for the aestheticidentity.com domain; Gmail/Google operates the second mailbox. Website hosting, security, maintenance and WordPress/WooCommerce providers, and Complianz (which manages cookie preferences), may also process information where necessary. Google services identified in the Cookie Policy, including analytics, advertising, fonts or maps, may receive data according to your consent choices. WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal, couriers and logistics providers may handle information connected with earlier transactions where applicable. Accountants, advisers and public authorities may receive information where needed or required by law. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer requires safeguards, it is made under a mechanism recognised by Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. 8. Retention
Enquiry and customer-service messages are normally retained for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, unless they relate to an ongoing discussion, an earlier transaction, a legal obligation or a dispute. Earlier order, payment and accounting records may be retained for the periods required by law, including up to ten years where applicable. Account data is retained while the account is active, subject to legal retention duties. Technical logs, analytics data, cookies and backups follow the periods set by the relevant service and described in the Cookie Policy. Data is deleted, anonymised or made inaccessible when no longer needed.
9. Cookies
The Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies currently recorded for the Website, their purposes, providers and durations. The Website uses Complianz consent controls. Non-essential statistics and marketing technologies are subject to your choices where consent is required. Some functional technologies from the Website platform may remain in use even while online sales are disabled. You can reopen the consent controls using “Manage consent”.
10. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data; receive data you provided in a portable format; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

11. Automated decisions and security
Aesthetic Identity does not make automated decisions about availability enquiries that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data, although no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Minors
The Website is not specifically directed at children. Please do not submit a child’s personal data unless you are authorised to do so.
